We made it to our last manifestation day for our second habit or belief! How have you liked the 3x6x9 method? For me personally, I like the 5x55 method better, but for those who don't want to spend an hour every day writing down affirmations, the 3x6x9 method is probably more to your liking! The point of this 21 day challenge is to learn several new manifestation techniques so you can find the one that works for you. During yesterday's challenge, we addressed the pain of our past selves and took a moment to show our inner child loving kindness. Now, it's time to turn the tables and show your current self that same amount of self love.
Just like we talked about when we completed this step on our first habit.belief, your current self isn't too far away from your old self. The residue of past beliefs and habits may still be lingering, and that's okay! Or maybe you've been able to really face this habit or belief head on, but still feel emotional guilt that you let it get that bad in the first place.
